Damages & Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item (subject to approval).

  2. Place a new order for the replacement.


UAE 7-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 7 days for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
